Experience

Hjalmar B. Hütte has experience of a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Besides German firms, he mostly advises Japanese companies and large international corporations. He knows the ins and outs of labor law: the restructuring of companies or subsidiaries, matters of terminations, negotiations with the works council (Betriebsrat) or unions and representation in labor law court cases are just some of his core competencies.

Bevor setting up his own law firm in Frankfurt, Hjalmar B.Hütte had been working as a advisor in Japan for the Japanese ministry of Justice and a large international law firm, amongst others. He has founded and subsequently sold a number of companies.
